China Film Copyright Association (CFCA), established in October 2009, is former China Film Protection Association established in August 2005. All main film producers in China are members of CFCA. Its highest authority is Member’s Assembly.  

The main rights managed by CFCA are: part or all of the right of broadcasting (including but not limited to the broadcasting in radio stations and TV stations), part or all of the right of communication through information network (including but not limited to Internet, LAN, and Internet Café, covering both cable and terrestrial), part of the right of presentation and reproduction, the right of rental (including but not limited to phonograms), other rights hard to be implemented by rights holders, and related rights which could be collectively managed by the copyright collective management organizations.
