China Film Copyright Association (CFCA) is the former China Film Copyright Protection Association founded on August, 2005. All main film producers in China are members of CFCA. Its highest authority is Member’s Assembly.
The responsibilities for rights management of CFCA are: part or all of the right of broadcasting (including but not limited to the broadcasting in radio stations and TV stations), part or all of the right of communication through information network (including but not limited to Internet, LAN, and Internet Cafe, covering both cable and terrestrial), part of the right of presentation and reproduction, the right of rental (including but not limited to phonograms), other rights hard to be implemented by rights holders, and related rights which could be collectively managed by the copyright collective administration organizations.
