Images Copyright Society of China (ICSC), established on October 24, 2008, was initiated by 119 individual right holders and 14 related units of photography works, and China Photographers Association has taken the responsibility of preparatory work. PCSC has been established in July 2007 under the approval of the NCAC, and is carrying out the related procedures for the registration in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The main rights managed by PCSC are: the rights existed in the photography woks, they are, the right of reproduction, the right of performance, the right of compilation, the right of broadcasting, the right of communication through information network, the right of exhibition and the right of remuneration for statutory license.
