Images Copyright Society of China (ICSC) was founded by China Photographers Association November 21, 2008, initiated by 119 right holders of image works 14 institutions.

The responsibilities for rights management of ICSC are: the right of reproduction, the right of performance, the right of compilation, the right of broadcasting, the right of communication through information network, the right of exhibition and the right of remuneration for statutory license.
