On the afternoon of June 1, Zhuang Rongwen,Administrator of the National Administration of Press and Publication of China and National Copyright Administration of China (NCAC), met with Wang Binying, Deputy Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Beijing. They have exchanged ideas on further enhancing cooperation in copyright and promoting the Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances to come into effect as soon as possible.

During the meeting, they were accompanied by Mr. Guo Yiqiang, Director-General of the Publication Bureau of the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC), Mr. Yu Cike, Director-General of Copyright Department of NCAC, and Mr. Chen Hongbing, Director of the WIPO Office in China.
