To implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, publicize the work related to copyright and create a sound atmosphere of respecting innovation and copyright, the National Copyright Administration (NCAC) has organized the compilation of the Copyright Protection and Development in China (2025) in both Chinese and English versions. It mainly includes four parts: the first part is copyright legal system, which summarizes the formulation and revision of the Copyright Law and its supporting administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents, local regulations, copyright policies and judicial interpretations. Secondly, copyright protection and regulation part, summarizes the copyright protection and regulation work of competent copyright authorities and cultural law enforcement departments in key areas such as copyright administrative law enforcement, copyright protection in new business forms and promotion of the use of legal software. The third one is copyright services and industrial development, this part summarizes the work of competent copyright authorities, collective copyright management organizations and other institutions in promoting copyright registration, collective management, copyright transaction as well as the development of copyright-related industries. The four part is international exchange and cooperation in the field of copyright, this part summarizes the work of competent copyright authorities, industry associations, enterprises and public institutions in participating in international negotiations on copyright-related affairs, promoting the conclusion of relevant international treaties and strengthening cooperation in overseas rights protection.
